As an audiologist who’s passionate about helping community members connect with loved ones and hear music again, Dr. Amy Davis, principal at Central Florida Audiology, counts her own family as inspiration. “One of the greatest joys in my life is being able to talk and communicate with the people I love,” says Dr. Davis, an Apopka, FL, native. “I wanted to help people with hearing loss be able to communicate and enjoy time with those who mean the most to them.”
Dr. Davis graduated with a Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of South Alabama in 2015 and earned a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences and disorders from Florida State University in 2011. Dr. Davis has been the owner of Central Florida Audiology since 2016 and has expanded services offered to include hearing aids, cochlear implants, adult and pediatric evaluations and tinnitus evaluations and therapy.
Dr. Davis was married in 2019 and welcomed a baby girl in September 2020. Dr. Davis loves spending time with her new family, college football (Go FSU) and kayaking in the many natural springs of Florida.
